Barcelona is the busiest destination wedding market in Spain. Top bands, DJs and photographers are locked 12 to 18 months out for June to September Saturdays. If you're reading this and your date is inside 9 months, your shortlist just got shorter.
Realistic pricing for a wedding live band in Barcelona in 2026 sits between €4,500 and €9,500. What changes the number: number of musicians on stage, length of the set, whether sound and lights are included, whether travel is local or island. A four-piece DJ plus live band format in Barcelona with full sound and a three-hour set usually lands around €6,500 to €8,000.
What couples underestimate: sound rental. A proper PA for 150 guests outdoors costs €900 to €1,500 on top of the band fee. Some vendors include it, some don't. Always get the quote with and without so you can compare apples to apples.
What's included matters more than the headline price. A €5,000 band that charges €1,200 for sound, €400 for extra hour, €300 for travel inside Catalonia and VAT on top ends up costing the same as a €7,500 all-in quote.
